With a culinary focus on China’s lesser known regions – including Yunnan, chilli-loving Jiangxi, Hunan and Sichuan, with their citrus-hued warmth, Guangxi and Xinjiang – Spice Temple’s a la carte menu is designed to be shared and enjoyed banquet style.
